No custom drivers, no USB hand-shakes, no ZPL wrangling. We export a pixel-perfect 300 DPI PDF; your OS sends it to the printer you already configured.
The shortest path to a printed label is the one with the fewest layers. Most label software ships its own printer drivers, maintains its own queue, and breaks when the vendor ships a firmware update. Labelkrafter® sends a PDF to your OS print dialog — the same dialog your accountant uses for invoices. Every desktop and thermal printer speaks that language.
Thermal printers
Zebra ZD, ZT, ZM series. TSC TDP, TTP. Godex DT / RT. SATO CL4NX. Brother QL-800 / QL-820. Dymo LabelWriter. All confirmed via user-installed OS drivers — we tested the common formats (4×6, 2×1, 60×40 mm) on each. The thermal safe-area guide keeps your ink away from the printhead edges where it smears.
Office laser and inkjet
A4 or Letter sheet printing with N-up layout — 21 labels per A4 sheet for product stickers, 10 per sheet for shipping. Works with any PostScript, PCL, or CUPS-driven printer. Same export path as thermal; just a different paper size.
Direct ZPL / EPL streaming
Coming in 2026. For warehouses with fleet-managed Zebra / TSC printers who want to skip the OS print queue and stream ZPL / EPL directly over TCP or USB. Write-up the requirements in a support ticket — priority order goes to paying customers.
