Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Labelkrafter® (the "Service"), operated by HSR Label. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity performed through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or abuse print jobs for spam or fraud. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Payment providers (e.g. PayTR) process your card; we do not store card numbers. Refunds follow Turkish distance-sales regulations.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it as needed to render previews, queue print jobs, and maintain backups. Our software, UI, and brand remain our property.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Upon termination we retain necessary records for legal and tax purposes; the rest can be deleted on request.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
