Three steps from blank tab to printed label.
No training videos, no certification courses, no consultants. The first time you open Labelkrafter®, you print a label within three minutes.
Pick a template
Pick a pre-built template (shipping, asset tag, retail price tag, pharma unit-dose) or start blank with a specific page size. Labelkrafter® stores the physical dimension in millimetres — if your rolls are 60 × 40 mm, that is what you type. No guessing at pixel counts. Rulers snap to mm; grid snaps every 0.5 mm; safe-area guide keeps content away from thermal-printer edges.
Bind your data
Drag a CSV or XLSX into the editor. Columns are detected automatically. Map them to text fields by typing [column_name] in a text box, or to barcodes with GS1 Application Identifiers: (01)[gtin] for a GTIN, (21)[serial] for a serial. Live preview updates as you scroll through rows — you see every label before you export.
Export a PDF. One page per row, or multi-up for office sheets. Your OS print dialog picks up the file — send it to Zebra, TSC, Brother QL, any laser, any CUPS printer. No drivers to install. The safe-area guide ensures no content walks off the label edge; the 300 DPI render means barcodes scan on the first try.
Try it in three minutes.
